Valentin and Daria long to leave their small city flat behind and start a new life on the Thames with their little boy, dreaming of a floating home beneath the iconic Tower Bridge. They design a stunning three-tiered contemporary apartment from an old barge, but face the daunting task of transporting it back to London.
