S1E12 Battle of the Barbarians

The wicked sorcerer Kublai is on a quest for the Golden Scepter of the Yantzee, the sole artifact capable of robbing him of his powers, and he frightens the people of San Francisco's Chinatown as he searches. After Thundarr successfully disrupts Kublai's first efforts, the wizard enlists a fellow barbarian named Zogar to confront Thundarr in combat while he continues his pursuit of the coveted scepter.
