Meanwhile, Dr. Westphall is prompted to reflect on his past when he encounters a childhood friend who brings up a long-forgotten agreement. At the same time, Drs. Craig and Auschlander persist in their efforts to secure funding for the hospital's future, navigating the challenges that come with it.
