As Wally's birthday approaches, he decides to throw a party, but Beaver mistakenly believes he won't receive an invitation. While out shopping for Wally's gift, Larry convinces Beaver to splurge his money on a bow and arrow set for himself instead, leaving him to settle on a less thoughtful present for Wally.
