The residents are amazed by a miraculous moment when they see a heart that remains beating outside of the body. Meanwhile, a new pediatric fellow catches Arizona's attention, causing Alex to feel insecure. Jackson's doubts about Mark and Lexie's relationship begin to affect his job performance.
