Arizona's day takes a turn for the worse when she suggests a double amputation to one of Callie's patients. Meanwhile, Derek breaks a commitment he made to Callie, adding to the tension. Jo and Stephanie stumble upon a newborn left outside the hospital, further complicating the day. On another front, the medical staff grapples with the fallout from the non-fraternization policy, leading to mandatory HR meetings and the suspension of one of their colleagues.
