Amid a citywide garbage strike, Johnny makes a lighthearted remark to his listeners, playfully urging them to pile their trash on the steps of City Hall. To his surprise, hundreds of fans take him at his word and actually do it. Faced with the unexpected consequences of his joke, Johnny begins to realize the influence he wields, leading him to experience a significant bout of microphone anxiety.
