Laverne DeFazio and Shirley Feeney, best friends and bottle-cappers at Shotz Brewery, receive an invitation to a formal society party from Tad Shotz, the boss’s nephew. While Shirley is thrilled about the opportunity to attend, Laverne feels disrespected by the whole idea.
