Pati heads to the picturesque coast of Sonora along the Sea of Cortez, where she meets the local legend, Toño Contreras. He takes her on an exciting tour, showcasing the beach's shellfish, his restaurant Mariscos El Rey, and his home kitchen, where they whip up some delicious recipes. Motivated by her experience, Pati decides to recreate a couple of seafood delights in her own kitchen—delectable double-stacked shrimp and cheese tacos, along with a Sonoran-style tostada topped with shrimp and scallops.
