Inspired by this experience, she embarks on a journey to Sonora, Mexico, to explore the source of the Sonoran wheat that Don incorporates into his breads. Armed with new knowledge, Pati returns to her kitchen, excited to whip up a delicious menu featuring recipes that highlight wheat flour.
