Title: Nina's Birthday Plot: The Mayor tasks Fred and Carrie with a grassroots campaign, sending them through Seattle to entice new residents to move to Portland. Meanwhile, a pedicab driver is busy seeking customers. As the grand opening of their Bed and Breakfast approaches, Peter and Nance make a trip to The Doily Shoppe to gather last-minute decorations and supplies.
