S1E24 Reflections in the Water

Title: Echoes Beneath the Waves Plot: A peculiar dome is discovered submerged in the ocean, resembling the remains of the Moon colliding with the water. Within this dome, the team encounters exact replicas of SHADO HQ members, who are employing ordinary technology—cassette tape recorders—to replicate SHADO directives meant for Moonbase and Skydiver.
