Elliott intends to pop the question to Maya on her special day. Meanwhile, Nina is set to receive an award in her Kansas hometown. When her event is unexpectedly called off, she decides to join Elliott and Maya for dinner, unintentionally disrupting his romantic plans. Despite the interruption, Elliott successfully proposes; however, doubts quickly creep in, leaving him uncertain about his decision.
