Romero, a serial rapist who received a twelve-year sentence from Judge Deed, is released on parole after serving eight years. His time in prison as a sex offender has been difficult, fueling his desire for revenge against the judge who convicted him. Initially, he targets Deed directly, but soon shifts his focus to the judge’s daughter, Charlie, plotting to use her as leverage in his vendetta.
