While Pavan’s sister was living in the basement apartment, Melanie and Pavan identified several issues. After she moved out over a year ago, they intended to soundproof and modernize the outdated space. Unfortunately, neither of them possesses the skills or knowledge to tackle the renovations. They are now seeking assistance to kick off the project and see it through to completion.
