Tragically, the mission takes a devastating turn as the shuttle disintegrates mid-air, claiming the lives of all seven astronauts aboard. In the aftermath, investigators uncover a minor issue that arose during the shuttle's launch sixteen days prior. This discovery leads them to believe they may have identified a potential cause for the catastrophic failure.
