When a congressman is discovered dead and unclothed by the ocean, Chris and Rita take on the investigation. They begin by interviewing the victim's family and reviewing the guest list from the party he hosted on the night he was killed. The clues seem to implicate the congressman's son's girlfriend. At the same time, Chris provides support to help Rita deal with her sleeplessness.
