When a construction worker meets a gruesome fate due to insects infiltrating his brain, Sam and Dean delve into the town's past. They uncover that the new housing project is constructed on sacred Native American land, which was cursed after the reservation's devastation. As they race against time, the brothers must confront a lethal swarm of bees, locusts, spiders, and beetles to survive the wrath of the land's curse and protect the unsuspecting townsfolk.
