Lily Milton goes missing, prompting her boyfriend, Parker Hubbard, to direct Detectives Benson and Stabler toward Callum Donovan, her downstairs neighbor and a former bank robber who has spent nineteen years in solitary. As the detectives dig into Donovan's alibi, they discover Lily alive, which takes the case in an unexpected direction and reveals troubling details about Donovan's past.
