After Tom retrieves his pants from Jefferson Cleaners and discovers a stain, he demands a refund. However, George insists that Tom is to blame for the mishap, claiming he left a candy bar in the pocket. Frustrated by the disagreement, they decide to settle the matter on a television courtroom program.
