As Andrew and Giorgio reach the final stretch of their adventure, they find themselves in the Veneto, a vibrant crossroads in northeastern Italy. Rather than visiting the iconic city of Venice, they choose to trace the paths of the historic Venetian traders across their expansive inland territories. Their journey kicks off with clam harvesting, and Giorgio prepares a delicious dish of spaghetti alle vongole right in the heart of the Venetian lagoon.
