Cassie and Jenny learn of a body found on the Kleinsasser ranch, prompting Jenny to intensify their investigation, though the Kleinsassers are plotting their own strategy. At the same time, Cassie partners with Lindor to pursue a promising lead on Ronald. Sensing that his location might have been uncovered, Ronald takes matters into his own hands, escalating the situation in a potentially destructive way.
