Arborist Matt Foti and his team tackle the removal of a massive swamp maple at the location. Meanwhile, Tom Silva shares insights from a straightforward ranch expansion project he completed in a nearby town. Returning to the site, our master carpenter and host delve into the new polystyrene insulating foundation forms that Ken Lewis is putting in place. Soon after, concrete is pumped over the house, filling the finished forms. Later, our host returns to find the slab poured and termiticide applied around the perimeter of the new foundation.
