Billy steps into the role of the new Dragon Master at the Dragon Dojo and encounters his twin brother, Jimmy. When Jimmy suddenly disappears, Billy activates his Dragon birthmark to help guide him on the search. This journey leads him to confront the Shadow Boss, only to uncover that the villain is actually his own brother, Jimmy.
