As Algeria teeters on the edge of civil war, Elizabeth carefully maneuvers to orchestrate a regime change. However, her efforts take a hit when Roy Curtis, the reliable U.S. Ambassador to Algeria, passes away unexpectedly. Meanwhile, Henry is on a mission to protect religious artifacts in Algeria, only to find that Hizb al-Shahid is systematically destroying them.
