Chuckie and the Rugrats head to the park to test out the new pedal-powered toy car that his dad gave him. The other kids are so impressed with his car that they pretend to be his "friends" just to get a chance to take a ride. Meanwhile, Didi and Chazz exchange thoughts on Dr. Lipschitz, with Chazz showing that he’s more informed about the doctor’s latest work.
