S1E13 Operation: A.R.C.T.I.C.

Numbuh 30c, a fellow operative, arrives to assist Sector V in thwarting a villain's plan to eliminate snow days with a weather machine. However, things take a turn for the worse when it becomes clear that he isn’t actually there to help. Instead of offering guidance, he misdirects them, disregards their pleas for assistance, and even launches a missile aimed at their team.
