Title: The Classic Switcheroo! Plot: After yet another failed attempt to capture Pikachu, Team Rocket splits up to pursue their own paths. Meanwhile, Ash and his friends stumble upon a one-day Pokémon Battle Tournament, which is covertly organized by Butch and Cassidy, who are struggling to cooperate. Ash eagerly enters the competition, oblivious to Cassidy's plot to steal the Pokémon of the participants! When Cassidy encounters Jessie and James, she recruits James to her side, while Jessie cleverly negotiates a partnership with Butch, setting the stage for chaos and rivalry.
