May is under immense pressure as she prepares for the Mulberry City Pokémon Contest, her final opportunity to secure a fifth ribbon before the Grand Festival. To complicate matters, Harley makes an appearance! Having already collected his ribbons, he doesn't need to compete. Meanwhile, Jessie is determined to participate in her Jessebella persona. When Harley notices Team Rocket, he generously offers them his Cacturne and Banette to use against May in the Contest.
