S16E30 The Island of Illusions!

Title: The Island of Illusions! Plot: As the gang journeys to Mahora Island, their boat drifts into a dense fog, where they catch a glimpse of a shape that seems familiar. They narrowly escape a massive Heatmor, as Pikachu’s attempts to fend it off prove ineffective. Shortly after, Axew falls victim to a Foongus’s spore attack, leaving him poisoned. The group rushes him to a nearby Pokémon Center, only to uncover that it is running operations outside the law.
