Dr. Drakken seizes Ron, convinced he has transformed into a genius after Rufus, enhanced by a brain ray, finishes Ron's assignments. While Drakken tries to uncover the secret behind Ron's newfound intellect, Kim and Rufus team up to devise a plan to save him and thwart Drakken's malicious plot.
