Justin and Billie gather all the suspects on a pontoon boat to vindicate him by revealing the true identity of the Boathouse arsonist. Eager to reach the tree planter’s farewell party before Ivy and Forrest depart, Billie agrees to assist Justin in his quest. Meanwhile, Maisy comes to terms with her mother’s diagnosis and chooses to make amends before the summer wraps up.
