An unconventional billionaire challenges Matlock, claiming he wouldn't be able to crack the perfect murder even if it was presented to him effortlessly. To demonstrate his argument, he murders Matlock's close friend, detective Bob Brooks, and skillfully sets up an innocent man to take the fall for the crime.
