The boys create an Anti-Gravity Fun Launcher, but Carl mistakenly gets hold of their schematics and believes they’re collaborating with Dr. Doofenshmirtz. This leads him to go undercover to uncover their true intentions. At the same time, Perry is on a mission to locate a missing agent. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz gets his hands on the blueprints, hoping to solve a parking dilemma on his street.
