Perry the Platypus is given a new assignment that requires him to relocate to the Quad State area, where he must adapt to a different family and confront a new enemy known as the Regurgitator. Meanwhile, Phineas, Ferb, and Candace are determined to locate him, doing everything they can to bring him back home.
