Tom teaches young Hank vital skills for surviving in the wilderness. Meanwhile, newlyweds Jake and Anika brave the frigid temperatures to hunt elk. Paul deals with a pesky invasion of badgers, while Ray employs bushcraft techniques to transport his elk meat from the remote backcountry. At the same time, Aron and Jen find themselves at odds with a pack of wolves lurking near their homestead.
