Sandra teams up with newcomer investigator Ted to defend a teenage gamer whose heated online dispute triggers a police raid resulting in the death of a U.S. senator. Roger, personally affected by the “swatting” incident, is relentless in pursuing severe charges against the teen, testing Kate’s patience and resolve. Meanwhile, Jay faces the challenge of representing New York’s most pampered millennial, who is at risk of incarceration due to her minor offenses.
