Hal Jordan, an ace test pilot and the secretive protector of Earth known as Green Lantern, receives a summons to Oa. He embarks on a mission to investigate a string of mysterious deaths among the Green Lanterns in "Frontier Space." Teaming up with the tough-as-nails Green Lantern Kilowog, they take control of The Interceptor, a cutting-edge spacecraft fueled by pure Green Lantern energy. This advanced ship is equipped with an AI system that Hal decides to name Aya.
