A fierce blizzard hits Elwood City, forcing all the kids to head home early. However, they must first submit their reports. Francine, who hasn’t completed hers, is left with the task of writing an extended report during the storm’s duration. Meanwhile, the adults are busy dealing with the chaos around the city, struggling with power outages and dwindling supplies.
