Alex Polizzi travels to the coastal town of Ramsgate in Kent to assist with the opening of a new project, only to find it grappling with familiar, persistent issues. Once a beloved summer getaway for a young Queen Victoria, the historic Albion House is at a crossroads until Gay and John Haines take charge, aiming to transform it into a boutique hotel with 14 bedrooms. However, they are on the brink of financial ruin, having exceeded their million-pound budget and missed crucial deadlines.
