At the Jersey Shore, Cesar faces the challenge of managing a group of Chinese crested dogs that are driving their owner into a frenzy. Alongside them is a hyperactive mastiff mix and two miniature dachshunds who have their owner feeling overwhelmed and strained in her relationship with her mother.
