Buddy, a mix of Labrador and Staffordshire, has a reputation for being unfriendly towards the neighborhood's smaller pets. Meanwhile, Teddy, a poodle, has a quirky habit of endlessly running in circles. To add to the chaos, Cesar encounters a bulldog that has developed a fixation on attacking skateboard wheels.
