Following General Bronson's clampdown on war profiteering, Mayor Lugatto cunningly persuades McHale to team up with him in the fishing industry. This unexpected venture turns out to be a fortunate turn of events for McHale and his crew, while simultaneously creating problems for both Binghamton and Lugatto.
