S3E29 Will the Real Admiral Please Stand Up?

Binghamton and McHale are dispatched to negotiate oil rights for the resource-rich island nation of Durani. However, the Shah of Durani insists that an Admiral must be present to finalize the agreement. With Admiral Rogers unavailable, Binghamton is frustrated to learn that Parker, having recently rescued the Shah's daughter from a mugging, is temporarily elevated to the rank of Admiral until the treaty is signed.
