Two young men are discovered dead, with the sole link between them being skin from one found beneath the fingernails of the other. As more bodies emerge, Tony concludes that a twisted gay murderer is kidnapping white boys and coercing them into killing one another. At the same time, Michael Bryant, the cannibalistic killer that Tony helped imprison, reaches out from his secure facility, warning Tony of his escape plans and ominously stating that they will meet again soon.
