God's Army launches an extensive hunt throughout the oasis for Kenshiro. In a desperate attempt to draw him out, the search team starts executing innocent villagers. To thwart their plans, Ken willingly surrenders, aiming to sneak into their training base. Inside, he confronts the army's ruthless drill instructor, known as the Mad Sarge.
