S1E1 Pilot

Title: Pilot Plot: City Commissioner Strand is eager to deploy the Viper to enhance his mayoral campaign by showcasing its prowess in combating crime. Meanwhile, Michael Payton, after stealing a satellite, meets his fate in a dramatic car crash while driving his black Dodge Stealth. Strand, upon learning of the incident, declares Payton dead, unaware of Payton's reputation as the Outfit's top getaway driver. To erase all traces of Payton, Commissioner Strand orders a complete transformation of his identity. When he regains consciousness, he is informed that he is now a police officer named Joseph Payne Astor.
