As negotiations on the USS Saratoga unravel, the disgraced 58th squadron is tasked with rescuing prisoners of war stranded in a damaged Space APC. Under siege from enemy space fighters, the 58th suffers significant casualties. It becomes evident that the Chigs are only seeking peace because they recognize the impending defeat at the hands of Earth’s forces.
