Tony is astounded by Jeannie’s ability to manipulate the weather and accidentally wishes for snow. When Jeannie grants his request, Dr. Bellows shows up, raising his suspicions. Meanwhile, some personnel at the base start to believe that Tony possesses the power to control the elements, leading to a series of humorous misunderstandings.
