Juliette Barnes makes her long-awaited return to Nashville after undergoing treatment for postpartum depression, only to confront significant choices as she readjusts to life at home. Meanwhile, Layla, just weeks from her album release, seeks the favor of country music sensation Autumn Chase to land an opening act position on her tour. Rayna, while guiding Layla, feels inspired to advocate for a meaningful cause. In another part of town, Will chooses to take charge of his own music production, while Colt approaches Luke with a challenging offer.
